- We dispatch to the mainland, the Balearic Islands, Italy, France, Portugal and Germany.
- We dispatch on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from the time we dispatch, the products should be delivered in 24 working hours.
-Dispatches are made in the mornings, so if a purchase is made in the afternoon or evening, it will be sent the next dispatch day. For example, if a purchase is made on Monday afternoon or evening, the article will be dispatched on Wednesday to arrive on Thursday or Friday. If a purchase is made at the weekend (including Friday), it will be sent on Monday and should be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. International dispatches to Portugal, France and Italy will take between 5 and 7 working days. If a purchase is made at the weekend (including Friday), it will be sent on Monday and should be received on Tuesday. International dispatches to Portugal, France and Italy will take between 5 and 7 working days.
-The G Collection Spain will meet the delivery charges for dispatches to mainland Spain. For the Balearic Islands, there will be a fee of 9.5 euros and for Europe the fee will be 12 euros. Delivery charges for outlet dispatches will be fully met by the customer both for mainland Spain and other areas.
- After a first delivery attempt, another will be made the following working day, but as we provide you with a tracking number, if the courier company has not got in touch with you to arrange the most convenient delivery time for you, then the best thing to do is for you to contact them to arrange a delivery time. The couriers should phone you after an unsuccesful delivery attempt, but not all of them do so. Therefore, we recommend you contact them directly to speed up the process.
In Spain and Portugal deliveries will be made with the agency ASM. You can track your order at www.admred.com.
For Italy and France, DHL will make the deliveries. You can track your order at www.dhl.com.
Defects in products
Despite having high quality standards, defects may arise, in which event your shoes will be changed for a new pair, in the same model or you will get a refund when we receive the defective pair back.
Once the article has been received on our premises, refunds will be paid within 1 to 3 working days.
Means of payment
1. Bank transfer: if you choose to pay by bank transfer, you must bear in mind that the article will be dispatched when we receive payment for the product in our bank account. When you choose the means of payment, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Please include the order number in the transfer item.
2. Payment by card, when you choose to pay by card you will be sent to the redsys page, which is a secure payment method. You will receive a code by text message on your mobile which will be needed to complete the purchase.
3. Paypal, if you have a Paypal account, is a quick and direct way of paying, since payment is made automatically with one click.
I need an invoice
You may request an invoice. This is not a problem. All you need to do is tell us your tax identification code when you receive your order. Although, we always include a receipt/bill when sending orders, where VAT is not itemized as it is included in the total price.
